Terms of Service

By engaging BUILDABASE and paying a deposit, the client agrees to these Terms of Service in full.

All work is based on the agreed scope outlined in the Application Form. Changes to scope may affect price and timeline and must be agreed in writing.

The client agrees to provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner; respond to review requests within 5 business days; and provide consolidated feedback during the revision round.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due prior to launch. Failure to pay the balance may result in the site not being launched and credentials not being transferred.

One round of consolidated revisions is included. Revisions must be submitted as a single written list. Additional rounds are available at an agreed rate.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by the client — late content, delayed feedback — may extend the timeline without penalty to BUILDABASE.

Full ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment. Prior to final payment, all work remains the intellectual property of BUILDABASE.

The client is responsible for maintaining their domain registration and any third-party accounts (Vercel, email provider). BUILDABASE is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Cancellation after commencement forfeits the deposit. If BUILDABASE cancels the project, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project.

BUILDABASE's total liability is limited to the fees paid. No liability is accepted for indirect losses, lost revenue, or data loss.
